As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities:

• You optimize the eCommerce shopping touchpoints in the webshop (Landing Pages, PLP, PDP, Cart/Checkout) in close collaboration with the UX department, focusing on orientation, clarity, and conversion.
• You analyze the customer journey from discovery to order (quantitative and qualitative), identify pain points, and derive prioritized requirements for UX and frontend improvements.
• You establish and drive Voice‑of‑Customer and discovery structures for webshop use cases together with the UX team, delivering reliable, KPI‑based business insights.
• You plan, coordinate, and support interviews, focus groups, and user tests in close alignment with the UX department.
• You manage the end‑to‑end hypothesis and A/B testing process (intake, prioritization, test design, tracking, evaluation) in collaboration with UX, Marketing, Data, and Development.
• You act as the central eCommerce business counterpart for the UX team, clarifying goals, KPI impact, and business context, ensuring that UX concepts move into implementation in a delivery‑ready state.
• You coordinate internal and external UX partners and agencies for webshop topics and oversee quality, timing, and consistency according to agreed UX standards.
