• Degree in Industrial Engineering / Industrial Management with a Bachelor Degree at least
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar position
• Good in logical thinking, process driven and business sense
• Good communication skills in English
• ERP experience
• Excellent in Excel operation (programming skill will be plus)

The Production Controller will be trained on our Assembly of Production Scanner:

• Development and coordination of production schedule
• Manage parts delivery to assembly and meeting production goals
  

Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Performs timely and accurate processing of schedule updates.
  
• Controls inventory level and facilitates the provision of necessary material and components
• Creating and publishing high-level integrated master schedules in accordance with assembling.
• Schedule the production process and department activities relating to material.
• Resolve production, manpower and material shortage in order of priority.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing and accounting to develop and maintain scheduling parameters.
• Identify systematic problems and provide solutions based on a data-driven approach.
• Initiate and implement continuous improvement-projects to improve quality, reliability and safety and to reduce costs.
