- Structure, organize, and process backlog documents, artifacts, and processes
- Own and drive Change Management in accordance with ASPICE
- Create, update, and align SW/HW interface documentation
- Collaborate closely with the Functional Safety team
- Ensure complete traceability across all documents, requirements, and change item
- Proven experience in Configuration & Change Management within automotive projects
- Strong knowledge of ASPICE, ideally with exposure to Functional Safety (FuSi)
- Hands-on experience in requirements engineering, and documentation workflows
- Ability to structure complex technical information clearly and efficiently
- Confident working with documentation tools such as Polarion, DOORS, Jira (depending on project)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with a reliable and structured working style
- Fluent english skill, german skills advantageous
