  • Experience: 10+ years in the semiconductor industry, better with proved account management experience with tsmc  
  • Education: B.S. or M.S. in Engineering related, physics, or Materials Science. MBA is plus
  • Communication: Native-level Mandarin and fluent English are mandatory for reporting to global leadership and handling international contract negotiations
  • Personality : Being able to work under high pressure and come up solution for complex situation with quick thinking and open mindset. Staying positive while facing challenges
Qualifications

Strategic Account Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global account strategy tailored to TSMC’s business goals and SUSS’s growth objectives.  
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all commercial engagement with TSMC Worldwide.  
  • Build and maintain strong multi-level relationships (technical, operational, executive) at TSMC.  
  • Keep close & regular communication with customer stakeholders, with regular reporting to SUSS management.
  • Position SUSS early for future platforms and technology opportunities
  • Monitor semiconductor industry trends, customer roadmaps, competitive landscape, and technology shifts to guide strategic decisions.  

 

Sales & Business Development

  • Own revenue, profitability , forecast accuracy, and pipeline for the account globally
  • Ensure early visibility of demand to support operations planning
  • Drive balanced growth across equipment, upgrades, and service assigned fabs and process areas 
  • Lead pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and commercial terms to optimize revenue and margins  

 

Account Governance & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead the local account management teams as one TSMC team 
  • Coordinate internally with BU , sales support, technical service, applications, R&D and production to ensure successful customer outcomes  
  • Facilitate product qualification, adoption plans, and solution introductions in collaboration with engineering teams 
  • Act as Customer Advocate internally

 

Customer Satisfaction & Support

  • Act as a trusted advisor to TSMC, representing SUSS’s solutions while anticipating and addressing customer needs and challenges  
  • Support after-sales support escalation, service coordination, and performance feedback loops
  • Account reporting to upper management on regular basis
