As part of our team,
you will take on the following responsibilities:
- As a Technical Administrator Charge Points, you are part of our Technical Customer Care Team and are responsible for the technical and operational support of our charging infrastructure in the @Home & @Work segment
- You work closely with partners, installers, product management, operations and internal specialist teams, with the clear goal of providing our customers with a reliable and high‑quality charging experience
- You actively support the further development and implementation of the European eMobility strategy and contribute your operational experience to strategic initiatives and concepts
- You plan, organise and coordinate appointments, trainings and technical events, ensuring smooth operational processes in day‑to‑day business.
- You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders from engineering, product management, sales and partner teams and ensure a continuous and transparent flow of information
- You continuously analyse and further develop customer care processes in the @Home & @Work environment, identify optimisation potential, implement efficient new workflows and take responsibility for quality standards within your area of expertise
- You actively participate in cross‑functional projects and take on (partial) project leadership for technical and organisational topics. For this purpose, you research technical and market‑relevant information, analyse the results and derive targeted measures to ensure and improve service quality
- You work confidently with relevant systems such as ticketing, monitoring and backend systems as well as partner portals. You create, analyse and use KPIs and technical reports to steer and continuously improve operational quality
- In addition, you handle basic technical enquiries related to AC charging infrastructure, perform initial diagnostics, analyse error patterns and initiate appropriate corrective measures. You support technical enquiries from partners and suppliers (e.g. Greenflux, hardware manufacturers), clarify interface topics and ensure the exchange of technical information
- You advise on standard products and installation topics based on technical documentation and support installers as well as external partners with technical questions
- You also advise on technical requirements for AC chargers, support installation and configuration activities, and conduct standard technical trainings for internal teams and external stakeholders
- You have completed vocational training in electrical engineering (e.g. Electronics Technician for Energy and Building
- Technology, Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification), or a technical qualification with a focus on electrical engineering, or you have proven professional experience in an electrical engineering environment
- You show a high level of initiative and act in a reliable and committed manner
- You work in a structured way and keep an overview even in a dynamic environment
- You have very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
