As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the sales territory in Germany, postal codes 32, 33, 34, 37, 38 and 39
- You manage both existing customer relationships (60%) and new customer acquisition (40%)
- You maintain and expand existing customer relationships in the Truck & Bus segment (M, L, XL)
- You ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and actively work on churn prevention
- You identify cross‑ and upselling opportunities and promote the following products: Europe‑wide toll solutions, Europe‑wide fueling, VAT refund and mineral oil tax reimbursement,Telematics solutions,TMS – Transport Management System, E‑mobility including depot charging and the @road charging card, additional products from the DKV Mobility portfolio
- You acquire new Truck & Bus customers (M, L, XL) in your assigned sales territory and sell the full product portfolio to potential new clients
- You develop tailored, needs‑based solutions for the requirements of the transport industry
- You analyze market trends and competitor activities and prepare regular reports and forecasts
- You participate in industry events, trade fairs and customer events, build a strong network in the transport and logistics sector, and continuously expand it
- You ideally hold a completed university degree and you have several years of field sales experience, preferably in the truck and transport environment
- You bring solid knowledge of the transport and logistics industry
- You have good English skills, both spoken and written
- You are confident in using MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), and you ideally have experience with AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT
- You are sales‑driven, communicative, work independently, act in a results‑oriented manner, and enjoy taking responsibility
- You ideally live directly within the sales territory. You work from your home office (all equipment is provided by DKV)
