• Lead UAT planning, execution, and issue management across multiple countries
• Communicate product capabilities and rollout plans to global stakeholders
• Collect, structure, and present testing feedback for product enhancements
• Support countries in integrating the tool into existing processes
• Develop and deliver training materials (videos, guides) and conduct training sessions
• Create communication materials for rollout phases
• Monitor usage, drive adoption, and engage local networks
• Gather evidence and articulate business benefits for stakeholders

• Solid experience as a Change Manager in global transformation programs
• Proven experience managing UAT for software rollouts across countries
• Background in commercial insurance or financial services
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills in a virtual environment
• Ability to design and execute change, communication, and training strategies
• High proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an added benefit
