Ihre zukünftige Arbeitsstelle:
For our client, a multinational IT company, we are looking for you as a Customer Success Manager/ Envisioning Specialist (m/f/d) in Munich. Our client is one of the the largest vendor of computer software in the world. It is also a leading provider of cloud computing services, video games, computer and gaming hardware, search and other online services.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Inspire and instill confidence in customer audiences by facilitating a wide range of solution area capability demos, industry demos, and customer succes.
- Deliver demos in person at Experience Center EMEA.
- Lead documentation and prepare/write scripts for assigned demos and experiences.
- Share expertise to evangelize highly complex customer engagement delivery programs to stakeholders, partners, and customers to gain buy in.
- Manage the deployment of new technology experiences/demos in the Center.
- Act as an expert in customer delivery, provide insight and perspective to CET partners in Redmond, as well as the global community of Envisioning Specialists in Redmond, Silicon Valley, Atlanta, and Singapore.
- Partner with Innovation Hub Solution Engineers on learning new technologies and unlock activities for getting customers to the “next-best action” .
- Identify trends, business needs, challenges, and feedback from customer engagements.
Ihr Profil:
- Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Business or related field and 5+ years’.
- Excellent language skills in German and English.
- Experience in enterprise sales, marketing, or business development.
- Experience presenting to large (20+ people) audiences and/or internal/external senior executives both in German and English.
- Experience creating scripts, key talking points, and other documentation to support demo or experience delivery.
- Experience delivering solution and product demos to customers.
- A natural storyteller with exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
- Expertise (or ability to learn and ramp quickly) in Azure (Data & AI, Apps & Infra), Modern Workplace and Business Applications.
