• Maintain and support core reinsurance applications
• Deliver 2nd-level support for the ZIRIS platform
• Lead SAP FS-CD functional analysis across passive, active, and multinational reinsurance
• Collaborate with teams in Switzerland, Belgium, and Romania
• Translate business requirements into specifications for nearshore developers
• Contribute to system enhancements and modernization of reinsurance solutions

• Deep SAP FS-CD expertise
• Experience with at least one full FS-CD implementation cycle
• Ability to work effectively in an international team environment
• Strong communication skills to explain technical topics clearly
• Fluent English
• Project management experience
