Your prospective job:

You are acting as a Sales Contract Manager (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Operations in Hamburg-Finkenwerder.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage the legal risk in relation to aircraft deliveries
• Understand and manage the aircraft sales purchase agreement (contract) with a focus on deliveries
• Directly contribute to Airbus' financial Targets Manage customer & financier relationships around the globe Protect deliveries and manage exceptions (delays, defaults)
• Managing the delivery closing for the Transfer of Title of the aircraft to the customer,
• Prepare Airbus commercial and legal documentation based on the aircraft financing
• Calculate the final aircraft price, invoice accordingly and ensure payment, monitor
• Represent Airbus for official and social events with customers

Your profile:

• Completed studies in law, business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration, international management or comparable
• Work experience in purchasing, customer service, contract management, and sales
• Airbus experience is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of project management
• Good knowledge of English-language contracts and in dealing with customers
• Knowledge of data analysis and structuring
• Confident handling of MS-Word, MS-Excel, SAP R/3 and Google Workspace
• Fluent Englisch spoken and written
• Knowledge of German is an advantage
