advisory services to companies engaged in international road transport across
Europe. Our expertise includes toll management and tax recovery. We are looking

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Accounting
Assistant to join our team in Madrid. In this role, you will support daily
accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and contribute to key
administrative processes in a dynamic and growing environment. Among other responsibilities, the role includes the following tasks:
- Preparation and filing of tax documentation
- Processing and reconciling bank transactions
- Recording invoices and accounting entries
- Preparing and sending bank remittances
- Updating cash flow reports
- Assisting in annual audit preparation
- Accounting training or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferably Office 365)
- Knowledge of SAGE (Contaplus)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork mindset
- Ability to work independently
- Spanish at a native level and solid English skills
