As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the setup, operation, and continuous improvement of Kubernetes‑based cloud resources, including monitoring/logging solutions and Kafka.
- You design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for container‑based integration applications and continuously improve development.
- You delivery pipelines in close collaboration with the development team.
- In addition, you operate and optimize observability solutions for Azure resources, Kafka, and integration applications, create dashboards following best practices, and implement alerting as well as automated remediation mechanisms.
- You design and implement operational concepts for Azure resources, Confluent Cloud, and integration projects and consistently apply Infrastructure‑as‑Code, for example using Terraform.
- You have several years of experience as a DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on automation, deployment, and platform management.
- You bring solid experience in deploying and operating cloud resources in Azure (alternatively AWS or GCP) or comparable on‑premises environments and are confident working with container technologies and Kubernetes.
- You also have hands‑on experience with observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK/Elastic Stack and routinely automate using Bash, Python, or a comparable scripting language.
- Infrastructure‑as‑Code (e.g. Terraform) as well as building and operating CI/CD pipelines are part of your daily work; experience with Kafka is a plus.
- You stand out through strong analytical skills and a high level of troubleshooting expertise in platform and deployment topics.
- You communicate very well in German and English and are able to convey technical content clearly and confidently to cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
