What you can expect

We are looking for an experienced Senior Tech Recruiter to play a key role in attracting and hiring top tech talent. You will partner closely with hiring managers, influence recruitment strategy, and actively contribute to scaling our tech teams.

Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles (Software Engineers, DevOps, QA, Data, etc.)
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, tech communities, and other relevant channels
Screen CVs, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Track and analyze recruitment KPIs and continuously optimize processes
Support employer branding initiatives (LinkedIn posts, events, tech communities)
Mentor junior recruiters when applicable

What makes you stand out

3–6+ years of experience in IT / Tech Recruitment
Proven experience recruiting for complex technical roles
Solid understanding of modern technologies and tech
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
Results-driven and solution-oriented mindset
Advanced level of English (written and spoken)
