As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities:
- You are responsible for workforce planning for your assigned area across all relevant planning horizons (VCP, budget and forecast; externally: long‑term planning, budgeting and forecasting) and ensure proactive and efficient resource management.
- You manage the end‑to‑end monthly, quarterly and annual close processes, including the calculation and posting of personnel provisions, and confidently present the results to external auditors.
- You perform in‑depth analysis and evaluation of HR KPIs and derive both strategic and operational recommendations for management.
- You ensure a high level of HR data quality and continuously optimize it as the basis for valid, internationally oriented reporting and meaningful analyses.
- You take on internal coordination and interface management with international sales organizations and acquired companies, including data preparation and integration into global HR reporting.
- You are responsible for external coordination with all service providers of sales subsidiaries and acquisitions regarding the provision of HR data, ensuring proper and accurate accounting at all times.
- As a sparring partner and advisor, you support internal and external stakeholders in all matters related to personnel‑related KPIs within HR controlling.
- You actively contribute to HR‑related projects, take on sub‑project leadership responsibilities and drive the standardization and further development of the HR KPI system.
- You support the onboarding and integration of new M&A entities into the group structure (PMI re‑design project).
- You hold a completed degree in business administration or a MINT discipline, ideally with a focus on human resources, controlling, statistics, data science or a comparable qualification.
- You bring a strong understanding of HR controlling, HR reporting and HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle.
- You have very good knowledge of SAP FI/CO including BW and apply this expertise confidently within the HR controlling environment.
- You are characterized by a strong analytical mindset and are able to independently create and interpret business cases, comprehensive analyses and variance analyses.
- You have experience working in international initiatives and projects, for example in optimizing planning and reporting processes, and demonstrate a structured and solution‑oriented approach.
- You possess strong communication skills and act confidently as a point of contact and advisor for management within your areas of responsibility as well as for other internal and external stakeholders.
- You demonstrate a high level of technical affinity and work with Excel at expert level. In addition, you have experience in building BI dashboards and in the professional management of HR KPIs.
- Very good German and English skills complete your profile.
