We’re looking for a Solution Sales Specialist who will drive the growth of our DKV Digital product portfolio by managing and developing customer relationships end‑to‑end. In this role, you’ll provide full support throughout the sales and after‑sales lifecycle, deliver consultative guidance, and actively contribute to revenue growth through solution‑based sales. You’ll play a key part in ensuring a seamless customer experience while aligning with our commercial strategy and policies.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new customers in line with the sales plan.
- Develop the existing customer portfolio through consultancy and tailored solutions to increase loyalty and revenue.
- Conduct phone/online prospecting to promote and sell software and hardware solutions.
- Create and present customized commercial offers based on client needs.
- Promote additional products and solutions to increase usage within the client base.
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent and effective sales activity.
- Provide full customer support throughout the sales and after‑sales process.
- Handle customer requests, complaints, and support tickets, escalating urgent issues when needed.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Technical Support, and Credit Control to resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Act as a communication link between customers and technical teams for hardware installation and usage.
- Lead customer presentations, mainly via video calls, together with sales representatives.
- Train and support the sales team to generate qualified leads through sessions, materials, and tools.
- Provide local translations for sales documentation and support communication in the local language.
- Monitor competitor activity and share relevant market insights with the direct manager.
- Implement and comply with company commercial policies in the assigned area.
- Prepare and submit regular activity reports on prospects, opportunities, visits, and results.
- Conduct analyses and prepare reports or proposals upon the manager’s request.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of all information provided to management and internal teams.
- Up to 1–2 years of professional experience in sales, after sales support, customer service, or similar roles (considered an advantage).
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer-oriented mindset and relationship-building abilities.
- Openness to direct customer interaction via phone, video calls, and email.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop within a hybrid sales and customer support role.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office / Google Workspace); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- High attention to detail and a responsible approach to handling customer data and information.
- Native-level Romanian and intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
