As a Sales Representative - Fleet, you will play a central role in driving our company’s growth within the fleet segment. Your mission is to build long-term, trust based customer relationships, acquire new clients, and strengthen our market presence by offering our full range of products and services. You will serve as a strategic partner to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction while continuously identifying new business opportunities. This role combines strategic customer management, hands-on sales activities, and close collaboration with cross functional teams to further develop and enhance our product portfolio.
Your Tasks:
Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the fleet sector.
- Acquire new customers and provide dedicated support to existing DKV fleet customers.
- Build, maintain, and expand long-lasting customer relationships.
- Conduct regular customer check-ins to ensure satisfaction and uncover additional sales potential.
Sales Activities
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations, product demonstrations, and trials to potential customers.
- Provide clear and comprehensive information about DKV products and services.
- Implement defined sales strategies to achieve individual sales targets.
Collaboration & Internal Coordination
- Act as the connecting link between customers and internal departments to further develop the product portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Representative colleagues and specialist teams.
- Participate in tenders, including preparation, submission, and follow-up.
- Support office-based (customer service) teams with customer security requests, complaints, or payment questions.
- Ensure accurate internal reporting through CRM systems.
Events & Market Presence
- Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, customer events, and other business activities.
- Actively contribute your expertise to various sales projects.
Experience & Skills
- Several years of professional sales experience in a similar position and mandatory experience in the fleet environment.
- Experience working on projects and managing complex customer requirements.
- Beneficial: knowledge of fuel and energy card services.
- Strong numerical understanding as well as excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

- Strong customer orientation and the ability to build trust-based, longterm partnerships.
- Proactive, goaldriven, and structured working style.
Team & Language Skills
- Motivated to become part of a growing and dynamic Lithuanian team.
- Fluent in Hungarian and English (both written and spoken).
Location
- Residence preferred in the Budapest area
