Your prospective job:

You are acting as a Configuration Manager (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Operations in Hamburg-Finkenwerder.

Your responsibilities:

• Consolidate decision elements for the change gates respecting transfunctional and transnational needs
• Act as Product Change Leader and Configuration Management Operational Manager as well as Configuration Management Industrial Integrator within the ICC-ACP (Aircraft Change Process)
• Ensure embodiment of changes
• Understand the aspects that determine industrial feasibility and planning, especially Final Assembly Line requirement considerations
• Independently organize and lead meetings
• Ensure that Engineering MOD (Modification) closure is running according to the Program schedule
• Decide on the modification scheduling cluster at Decision Board, monitor and update the cluster according to actuals until MOD closure
• Understand the Airbus attestation process in their tools from Configuration Management point of view
• Perform gap analysis (Delta1)

Your profil:

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, aircraft construction, engineering, aerospace, mechanical engineering, or a comparable
• Work experience in aircraft construction and configuration management
• Initial experience in manufacturing/production, customer service, interface and project management
• Good knowledge of change, project, and risk management
• Confident handling of Google Workspace
• ICC knowledge is an advantage
• Fluent German and English, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of French is an advantage
• Willingness to travel once or twice per quarter within Europe (mainly Toulouse)
