As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities:
- You are the central point of contact for customers, drivers, and service providers from Germany, Poland, and/or the Czech Republic, handling their inquiries competently and in a friendly manner.
- You maintain close customer contact via phone and email.
- You resolve customer issues independently and draw on a network of internal experts to develop timely solutions.
- You process and review incoming and outgoing customer invoices carefully and efficiently.
- You provide operational support for the project Roaming @work, a service for internal billing of charging sessions.
- You continuously develop and optimize existing processes. With your input, you improve workflows and our software structure.
- You use and maintain data in SAP and MS Office conscientiously. You work in a modern Microsoft Dynamics environment and use various tools to track and prioritize your topics.
- You have completed a commercial or technical vocational training program or a university degree.
- You stand out with a positive attitude and strong customer orientation.
- You demonstrate initiative and present yourself in a dependable, professional manner.
- You work in a structured way and keep an overview even in a dynamic environment.
- You have very good German and English skills, as well as basic knowledge of Polish and/or Czech.
- Ideally, you have technical knowledge, preferably in the construction industry or electrical engineering.
