You coach the team, promote further development, and manage performance.
You conduct target‑setting, regular employee meetings, and feedback discussions.
You foster a performance‑oriented, trustworthy, and collaborative team culture.
You implement the national sales strategy within the DACH region.
You manage and execute national and regional sales and product campaigns.
You actively focus on core products such as fuel, e‑mobility, and fleet management systems.
You work closely with Customer Service, Partner Consulting, and Sales Management.
You actively support strategic partner and customer meetings in the region.
You support the Sales Managers in complex proposal, contract, and pricing negotiations.
You act as a secondary point of contact for selected strategic key accounts.
You contribute to annual reviews and major customer projects.
You are responsible for forecasts, pipeline management, and KPI reporting for the region.
You regularly monitor the market and competition and derive concrete measures.
You report regularly to the Fleet DACH Sales Management.
You bring proven leadership experience in sales — direct or indirect.
You act highly results‑oriented, think strategically, and make clear decisions.
You have excellent German and good English skills.
You handle MS Office, CRM systems, and digital tools confidently.
You have experience managing and leading remote teams working from home.
You are digitally savvy; experience with AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT is an advantage.
