What you’ll do
- Be the Single Point of Contact for our customers — respond to inquiries via phone and email, follow requests end-to-end, and ensure clear, proactive communication.
- Coordinate deliveries and installations of our “need-explaining” products (like toll and refund solutions) — planning, monitoring, and adjusting timelines together with internal teams.
- Ensure data accuracy by entering and maintaining information in SAP and MS Dynamics, keeping customer data clean and reliable.
- Solve problems, not just close tickets — investigate complex requests, handle escalations, and find smart solutions that build customer trust.
- Work with integrity and structure, following policies, confidentiality standards, and our customer-first mindset.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Europe to deliver seamless, high-quality service.
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, Logistics, or Supply Chain (B2B is a big plus).
- Fluency in German (C1) and strong English for international collaboration.
- Any other languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP or MS Dynamics (big plus) and solid MS Office skills.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and composure in tense situations.
- A solution-oriented mindset and genuine joy in turning a “difficult client” into a satisfied customer.
- Team spirit and a desire to grow in a dynamic, international environment.
