• Create and continuously update a cybersecurity compliance roadmap, outlining key phases, major milestones, and required deliverables.Develop and maintain the cybersecurity compliance roadmap, including milestones and deliverables
• Facilitate collaboration across departments, bringing together engineering, legal, product teams, operations, and security to ensure aligned execution.
• Analyze cybersecurity regulatory obligations and convert them into clear, actionable project activities
• Oversee conformity assessment procedures and prepare the organization for any necessary certifications or product markings
• Serve as the central point of contact for all cybersecurity compliance matters, both internally and with external partners or authorities
• Provide consistent and transparent progress reporting to senior leadership
• Define a compliance strategy for existing (legacy) products and coordinate efforts to address any identified gaps or required updates

• Demonstrated ability to lead large, multi-party initiatives; certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are advantageous
• Solid grasp of cybersecurity fundamentals, risk management practices, and relevant regulatory standard
• Proven aptitude for driving alignment and coordination across diverse teams and global locations
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills, particularly for executive-level updates and stakeholder interaction
• Background in IoT, automotive, or similar sectors is highly desirable
