Your prospective job:

You are acting as an Supply Officer Cabin (m/w/d) for our client Airbus Operations in Hamburg-Finkenwerder.

Your responsibilities:

• Acting as the central coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of the entire supply chain
• Daily monitoring of supply chain performance to ensure full transparency
• Acting as a primary problem-solver for conflicts regarding goods receipt, internal transport, and shipping
• Active coordination and execution of reverse logistics processes
• Management of inventory levels in close alignment with suppliers and internal customers
• Close collaboration with external suppliers and internal cross-functional departments
• Joint implementation of preventative measures to ensure a reliable supply chain
• Analysis of delays and independent prioritization of urgent tasks
• Management of short- and long-term operational measures (e.g., logistics improvement, shortage management)

Your profile:

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain / Logistics or comparable
• Multiple years of work experience in the field of Project Management, Customer Service, Disposition / Material procurement and Buying
• Good knowledge in SAP/R3 and Google Workspace
• Fluent English and basic German skills, both written and spoken
• French or Spain skills would be nice
