As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities:
- You take responsibility for the reliable operation and continuous development of our entire Microsoft 365 platform – including Intune, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Copilot.
- You ensure the technical operation of Microsoft 365 Copilot and develop appropriate governance and permission concepts.
- You also automate recurring workflows and processes using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph to increase efficiency and standardization.
- You make sure that all information security and compliance requirements are met, for example in accordance with ISO 27001 and through the use of Purview DLP and sensitivity labels.
- In addition, you work closely with internal stakeholders, actively contribute to the development of new AI use cases, and support their rollout within the company.
- You conduct training sessions and short workshops in the Microsoft 365 environment to enable colleagues to work with modern, AI‑supported tools.
- You have a degree in computer science or a comparable technical qualification.
- You bring relevant professional experience in operating and further developing Microsoft 365 services.
- You possess solid knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, Intune, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
- You also work confidently with PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Graph, as well as Power Automate and Power Apps.
- You already have practical experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and its governance concepts.
- Furthermore, you are familiar with security and compliance requirements, particularly regarding ISO 27001, Purview DLP, and audits.
- You work both independently and collaboratively in a team and maintain a clear overview even in complex environments.
- Your excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile.
