As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities:
- You take on the control and monitoring of service relationships with external partners and service providers.
- You also support the specification, tendering, and procurement of new IT services as well as the selection of suitable service providers.
- In addition, you further develop existing services, SLAs, and KPIs and optimize them in terms of quality, compliance, and cost.
- You evaluate new technologies or solution approaches and provide recommendations for future business requirements.
- You conduct monitoring of the applications and services in use and ensure their stability.
- You also analyze incidents and ensure sustainable resolution within Second Level Support.
- Furthermore, you plan, coordinate, and oversee IT projects from implementation through testing to rollout, ensuring a smooth transition into operations.
- You further develop IAM processes such as identity lifecycle, role and authorization concepts, and recertifications, ensuring compliance requirements are met.
- You hold a degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification and ideally possess certifications such as ITIL v4 or Microsoft/IAM certificates.
- You have relevant professional experience in IT service management, including incident, change, and release management.
- Additionally, you bring solid IAM expertise, particularly in identity lifecycle, role and authorization concepts, and recertifications.
- Furthermore, you have experience in managing service providers as well as in handling SLAs and KPIs.
- You are also able to transition projects into stable operations in a structured manner and resolve complex issues in Second Level Support.
- You have strong technical knowledge of IAM tools such as Azure AD/Entra ID and directory services.
- You are proficient in working with ITSM tools (e.g., Matrix42) and Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence) and have basic knowledge of interfaces and scripting.
- Moreover, you work analytically, in a structured and independent manner, and communicate confidently in both German and English.
