As part of
our team, you will take on the following responsibilities:
- You actively shape the UX vision and embed guidelines and strategic goals.
- You evaluate trends and innovations and derive actions such as design systems, research, and accessibility improvements.
- You lead the UX team both professionally and disciplinarily, develop talent, and provide coaching and mentoring.
- You ensure the quality and consistency of concepts, guidelines, flows, and patterns while establishing best practices.
- You continuously improve processes, methods, and standards (DesignOps) and drive alignment and reusability across teams.
- You take responsibility for UX tools, libraries, and components and conduct training sessions to enable the team.
- You collaborate closely with key stakeholders and interfaces, manage expectations, and align roadmaps effectively.
- You have experience in UX leadership and strategic product design.
- You possess deep knowledge of UX design, research, accessibility, and DesignOps.
- You demonstrate strong leadership and coaching skills.
- You bring excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
- You have proven experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
