Your prospective job:

For our prestigious client Airbus Operations at the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder you act as Ground Test Software Business Engineer (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure the daily support to operational tasks for Ground Test Software on all Final Assembly Lines
• Analyze the needs and the Ground Test Software requirements linked to the ground test specificities e.g. aircraft evolutions, tests, and industrial strategy changing
• Specify the evolutions and challenge the software solution defined by Airbus suppliers
• Participate to the validation of the project ESAO execution module (Essais Sol Assistés par Ordinateur: Ground Tests Assisted by Computer) on all Final Assembly Lines and support the project leader
• Define the tests dossier and non regression tests
• Deploy the new execution module on all SA (Single Aisle) FALs in Hamburg, China and US
• Participate in the test automatisation (new test environment to be created)
• Support the team on the development level for GTSA (satellite application) that will be compatible with the ESAO successor (called GTSI)

Your profile:

• Completed studies in Computer Science or comparable
• Professional work experience in Engineering, IT / Information Systems and Software development, testing and architecture
• Experience and Knowledge of product or application life cycle management (GPP, Agile/SAFE, V lifecycle, V&V, test acceptance plan, software ergonomics)
• Experience in Process Management
• Good knowledge of Unix, Oracle and SQL
• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
