Your prospective job:

For our renown client Airbus Operations at the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder you act as Project Manager Purchase to Pay (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

• Structure a project whose main goal is the enlargement of the scope of activity by the integration of new company (additional activities/suppliers)
• Consult, provide guidance and support implementation to new affiliates with regards to compliance and Airbus best practises
• Support Sparrow Task Force Leader to operate Purchase to Pay operations in the new sites
• Liaise with relevant Airbus stakeholders across GP to communicate project status as necessary
• Seek for competitiveness opportunities
• Creation of a database and associated reporting linked to project scope
• Follow-up of project actions closure at management level
• Communication and stakeholder management
• Risk and Opportunity Management through overall project planning, critical paths and project interdependencies

Your profile:

• Completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering or comparable
• Professional experience in supply chain / logistics, purchasement and supplier management
• Good knowledge of project management
• Experience with Google Meet
• High proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• German skills would be a plus
