- You assist in the analysis and resolution of IAM-related issues, ensuring secure and efficient user authentication and authorization across systems and applications.
- You support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of IAM solutions, including role-based access controls.
- You help with setting up, customizing, and managing user accounts and access rights, as well as lifecycle management for identities across various platforms and directories.
- You contribute to creating, maintaining, and monitoring access inventories, compliance reports, and technical documentation to ensure transparency and adherence to security standards.
- You actively assist in enforcing IT security policies and IAM governance frameworks, collaborating with stakeholders to uphold least-privilege principles and regulatory compliance.
- You are currently studying IT, Business Informatics, or a comparable degree program.
- You have strong German and good English skills, as well as excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows, and iOS.
- You are interested in IT support processes and workflows and enjoy engaging with new technologies and innovations.
- Strong communication skills, a high level of customer orientation, and a friendly, service-oriented demeanor characterize you.
