The Order Administrator is part of the eMobility Operations department and is responsible for the accurate processing of customer orders always striving to provide the highest standards of customer service in accordance to the company objectives. The Order Administrator coordinates daily activity for customer requests, processes customer orders and quotes, and maintains communication with customers and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Order Management activities
- Receive, review and enter customer orders in the DKV business systems (SAP, MS Dynamics etc) by ensuring the quality of customer information entered
- Acknowledge delivery/installation date, register updates and keep track of changes
- Constantly communicate with customers and colleagues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer data in company systems
- Respond promptly to customer escalations after thorough verification of the issue and finding the appropriate solution or escalate to higher support level if unsuccessful
- Highschool diploma, University degree preferred
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service /order management/ logistics/ supply chain
- Ideally, 2 years of experience in the field of electromobility
- Communication and coordination skills
- Attention to details and structured way of working
- Ability to understand and comfortably work with complex business processes
- Customer focus
- Reliability and flexibility
- Ability to work efficiently in a team (or virtual remote team)
- Drive for results
- At least average level of MS Office
- SAP experience represents an advantage
- Good command of German and English languages
