- You are responsible for developing and implementing DKV Mobility’s internal communications strategy.
- In addition, you provide communication support for key strategic programs.
- Your tasks include integrating all business units and international subsidiaries.
- You will also develop clear and concise content for distribution across all relevant internal communication channels.
- You identify and implement new formats or platforms to improve employee reach and engagement.
- Maintaining the company intranet in terms of content and design is part of your responsibilities.
- You are in charge of planning, organizing, and executing internal event formats to communicate focus topics comprehensively and innovatively.
- You have extensive experience in internal communications and possess exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Strong empathy and the ability to convey complex topics in an understandable way define you.
- You have strong media literacy and the ability to communicate topics across different channels in written, audiovisual, or live formats.
- Powerful writing and editorial skills, a precise working style, and a high level of creativity round off your profile.
- Your business-fluent German skills, both spoken and written, are complemented by very good English proficiency.
- You demonstrate impressive skills in using the entire Microsoft Office Suite.
