Product Specialist - Bonder (m/w/d)

• Candidates must be able to work onsite at our Zhubei (Taiyuan), Taiwan office.
• Master’s degree in Engineering related field, such as Physics, Chemistry Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science/Engineering etc.
• 3+ years experience of technical support job in semiconductor equipment, wafer bonding, or advanced packaging process is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin for effective communication with HQ and customers

Customer Support

• Act as the primary technical interface for customers using SUSS bonder equipment in Taiwan

• Provide pre-sales support: understand customer requirements, propose bonding solutions, and demonstrate equipment capabilities

• Follow up CIP between customers and SUSS BU to enhance product performance and competitiveness

Business Development & Sales Support

• Support the sales team in customer engagements by presenting product capabilities and application know-how

• Identify new bonding opportunities in Taiwan region

• Assist in competitive analysis, product positioning, and proposal preparation
