What you can expect

Are you passionate about improving business processes and delivering impactful solutions through Microsoft Dynamics 365? We’re looking for a Dynamics Functional Consultant to join our team and take a key role in delivering end-to-end ERP projects.

What you’ll do:

Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand As-Is and To-Be processes
Document work processes and business requirements
Identify improvement opportunities, set priorities, and manage expectations
Ensure delivery of high-quality results (development, configuration, integrations)
Lead all project phases – from analysis to post-implementation (including Change Requests)
Actively support UAT and Hypercare phases
Deliver user training and workshops
Perform additional tasks aligned with the role, as assigned by the manager

What makes you stand out

3+ years working with Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform
2+ years of experience with Azure DevOps
Strong experience in MSD customization
Proven stakeholder management skills
Solid understanding of CI/CD project lifecycle
Bachelor’s degree
Proficient English (German is a plus)
Microsoft certifications – nice to have
