Your prospective job:

For our prestigious client Airbus Operations you act as a Manufacturing Engineer / Configuration Management (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder.

Your responsibilities:

• Before MOD (Modification) opening (Change Decision Phase), liaising with the industrial community impacted and leading the industrial project to define industrial strategy, integrated planning & assess the potential Risks & Opportunities
• After MOD opening (Implementation Phase), monitoring industrial plan execution as per approved plan at decision, detecting as early as possible risk of deviation & mitigating if necessary
• Perform the Industrial Integration of version modifications & late mandatory customer options requests
• Identify any industrial risks/constraints and monitor deliverables vs programme Planning, bridging with Production, Suppliers, Manufacturing, plants, FAL etc
• Perform and consolidate the Industrial Integration of any version reallocation and ensure appropriate monitoring of any industrial risks/constraints
• Support project & chief engineering teams to mitigate potential risks on new project developments, systems crisis and ensure programme robustness in fleet integration
• Continuously improve fleet industrial integration deliverables to ensure on time delivery performance and customer satisfaction
• Lead in continuous improvement of general Industrial processes and tool projects as well as simplify the customization process to support rate Increase
• Support Digitalization and associated lean opportunities

Your profile:

• Completed studies in International Management, Supply Chain Quality or comparable
• Several years of work experience in Configuration Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing / Production and experience in Stakeholder Management
• Experience in Project Management, Total Quality Management and Change Management
• Knowledge in Google Workspace, SAP, Aerospace and in Aircraft IT Configuration and Industrial Systems (ICC, ACC2, ACP,...)
• Fluent German and English skills both spoken and written
