Your prospective job:

For our prestigious client Airbus Operations you act as Master Data Specialist (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel.

Your responsibilities:

• Create, update, and maintain master data records across various business systems, including material, vendor, customer, and finance data
• In addition monitor master data changes and intervene in case of not authorized changes
• Perform regular data quality checks and audits to identify and resolve discrepancies, duplicates, and inconsistencies
• Ensure all master data processes and workflows are followed according to established governance policies
• Work closely with different departments (e.g., procurement, sales, finance) to support their master data needs and ensure data accuracy
• Investigate and resolve master data-related issues and tickets in a timely manner
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of master data processes, policies, and definitions
• Provide consulting to project teams about how to make best use of master data in the context
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, processes, and tools, and support the implementation of new master data initiatives

Your profile:

• Completed studies in business informatics, engineering, economics or comparable
• Professional experience in the fields Supply Chain / Logistics, quality management, process improvement and information systems
• Knowledge in Change-, Lean- and Process management
• Good knowledge in SAP/R3 and Google Workspace
• PPS Practical Problem Solving, JIRA, Confluence and AI knowledge is an advantage
• Business fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
