• Conduct in-depth as-is analysis of operational processes
• Map process flows, identify interdependencies, and highlight critical touchpoints within manufacturing, QC, and QA
• Compare existing processes with standardized templates to identify significant deviations or unique practices requiring special attention
• Develop clear documentation for analyzed processes and provide actionable recommendations for the S/4 Hana integration
• Highlight areas requiring customization or mitigation strategies for seamless deployment
• Work with different stakeholders and experts to gather information, ask critical questions, and ensure a holistic analysis
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to align on findings

• Solid experience in business/process analysis, manufacturing operations, and/or quality processes (QA/QC)
• Background in diagnostics, medical devices, or diabetes care is a strong advantage, alternatively experience in the chemical or food industry is welcome
• Experience with SAP in the production/manufacturing area (e. g. MM, QM, PP)
• Experience with S/4 HANA
• Skilled in process mapping, evaluating processes, interdependencies, and crafting recommendations for large-scale program alignments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse locations/culture
• Fluent German and English skills
