  • Administer, configure and maintain JIRA and Confluence environments
  • Develop custom workflows, fields, screens and dashboards
  • Script automation and customization using ScriptRunner or other tools
  • Create and manage structures for advanced portfolio and project tracking
  • Check system performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Technical collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
  • Ensure data integrity, access control and system security
  • E2E Atlassian Licence Management
  • Solid professional experience in this field
  • Strong experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence administration
  • Proficiency in scripting (Groovy, JavaScript, or similar)
  • Experience with Structures, Automation for Jira, and add-ons like Insight, BigPicture
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and integration with other tools
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies and project tracking
