• Development of process concepts for the fabrication of MEMS, 3D, and sensor devices
• Creation of optimized process sequences for MEMS products, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality standards
• Preparation of detailed work plans, including individual process steps and integrated control measures for precision manufacturing
• Design and execution of Design of Experiments (DoE) to validate process parameters and improve product performance
• Conceptualization and design of test chips for functional verification and process qualification
• Execution and evaluation of DoE and test chips, including detailed data analysis
• Analysis and interpretation of electrical measurement data to gain insights for process optimization and ensure product reliability
• Ensuring device reliability through robust process design and qualification activities
• Implementation and maintenance of control plans to monitor and stabilize manufacturing processes
• Management and supervision of development lots, coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones

• Extensive experience in process integration
• Experience in developing process concepts for MEMS, 3D, and sensor devices
• Solid knowledge in Design of Experiments (DoE) and test chip evaluation
• Proven expertise in ensuring device reliability
• Good knowledge of control plan methodologies
• Independent working style and strong sense of responsibility
