As an Inside Sales Representative in the X-/Upselling team, you will be responsible for closing potential sales opportunities by effectively overcoming objections and convincing clients to make purchasing decisions. You have the opportunity to become part of our diverse, committed, and exceptional team!
Your tasks:
- Proactive contact and communication with clients via phone and email,
- Identifying cross-selling and up-selling potential,
- Delivering persuasive sales offers and product presentations,
- Independent up-selling and cross-selling of existing products and services,
- Increasing volumes of existing products and selling new products or services,
- Effectively managing independently assigned clients and sales conditions in the ERP system,
- Managing the client’s credit and financial risk (only if the credit rating and limit are in order),
- Entering and updating data in the CRM system,
- Experience in telephone sales in the field of logistics, transport and shipping,
- English at a communicative level (written and spoken),
- Very good interpersonal skills,
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office,
- Knowledge of SAP and Dynamics (welcome).
