• Ingest and validate incoming music catalog and A/V cue sheet data, ensuring accuracy in metadata, ownership splits and usage details
• Enter works into internal copyright systems and prepare compositions for worldwide registration with PROs and CMOs
• Process and reconcile cue sheets, extracting relevant details such as timing, usage type, and rights holder information
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve data issues and ensure completeness of rights information
• Prioritize and manage backlog efficiently, maintaining tracking logs and delivering high-quality data under deadline-driven onditions

• Music Publishing Knowledge: Solid understanding of music copyright, publishing rights, and the role of PROs (Performing Rights Organizations) and CMOs (Collective Management Organizations) globally
• Data Management: Experience with copyright data entry and metadata standards, especially in music rights management systems (e.g., Counterpoint, Music Maestro, Vistex, ICE, CIS-Net, etc.)
• Cue Sheet Literacy: Ability to interpret and process audiovisual cue sheets, including understanding usage types, durations, and splits
• Catalog Management: Proficient in managing large volumes of catalog ingestion—working with song files, composer/publisher data, and metadata mapping
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to data accuracy, especially for works registration and ownership splits
