- Our client develops innovative software solutions for human resource management
- Queue Management: Distribute tickets and resolve straightforward issues (1–2 days/week)
- Laptop Management: Wipe devices and maintain inventory
- New Hire Onboarding: Prepare laptops for new joiners on the 1st and 15th of each month
- Workplace Support: Assist with monitor and desk setups, basic cabling
- AV Event Support: Help with audio-visual setups for events (1–2 times/week)
- First-Level IT Support: Provide walk-in support for basic IT issues during office hours
- Hardware Provisioning: Supply cables, chargers, and small peripherals as needed
- Ticket Documentation: Create tickets to ensure accurate tracking of all activities
- We’re looking for someone who thrives in a people-focused environment. While technical skills are helpful, this role is more about attitude and service mindset:
- Experience in customer service or IT support is a plus – career changers welcome!
- Basic technical understanding – no deep IT knowledge required
- Willingness to learn tools like JIRA
- Friendly, approachable, and collaborative personality
- Reliable and structured work style
- Backgrounds in UI/UX or video game development are a bonus
- Great entry point for career changers – no deep IT knowledge required
- Technical skills will be taught

- No on-call duty – fixed working hours
