• Support Project Managers throughout project initiation, execution, and close-out phases
• Lead and guide project control team members (planners and cost engineers)
• Validate and consolidate monthly commercial reports for CAPEX projects
• Act as a diplomatic liaison across cross-functional teams on commercial topics
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting in collaboration with the PMO department
• Align capex funding, controlling, and forecasting with internal stakeholders
• Contribute to the development and implementation of best-in-class project control tools
• Participate in team meetings and workshops as needed
• Respond to ad hoc data and analysis requests
• Provide support to the broader project controls function as required

• Degree in Engineering, Science, Quantity Surveying, or Business Management, or equivalent experience
• Solid experience in project controls for large pharmaceutical projects
• Experience in EPCm environments is a plus
• Proficient in Primavera P6, SAP, SAP Ariba, and Oracle Primavera Unifier (preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
• Fluent in English (mandatory); German advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Experience working in global, cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and perform under pressure
