- You are responsible for introducing and developing new products into production processes for scale-up – starting from card or toll box ordering to invoicing ("Order-to-Cash").
- You manage the implementation of the DKV network expansion along the entire Order-to-Cash process.
- You work on exciting projects and take on sub-project leadership in the context of product launches, network expansions, and process optimizations.
- You support our Order-to-Cash team in identifying efficiency and quality improvement potentials and help implement suitable measures.
- You actively drive process improvements and implement them independently.
- You design projects, define tasks and deliverables, and take over project leadership.
- You keep track of time, budget, and quality – project controlling is naturally part of your role.
- You ensure that measures are successfully implemented and deliver real impact.
- You have a degree in business, engineering, or a comparable field.
- You bring several years of experience in process optimization, BPM, or project management.
- Ideally, you're familiar with methods like Lean, Six Sigma, or similar approaches.
- You think strategically and have a strong sense for innovation.
- You communicate clearly and confidently – even when dealing with different stakeholders.
