• Plan, monitor, and track project scope, milestones, timelines, costs, and quality, maintain project schedules and status reports using modern SaaS-based PM tools
• Align and coordinate internal cross-functional resources, structure, assign, and track work packages and deliverables, support preparation and execution of stage gates and project
• Organize, moderate, and lead project meetings, ensure transparent communication across all stakeholders, document decisions, outcomes, and open issues
• Ensure adherence to the PCP (Stage-Gate) process and governance requirements, support risk and issue management, including follow-up on mitigation actions apply best practices in hybrid project management (traditional/agile)
• Enforce the organizational framework for technical experts to focus on their core tasks, support documentation of requirements, concepts, parts lists, and assemblies for supplier selection and quotation processes. enable fact-based technical decision-making by structuring and tracking input and follow-up actions

• Background in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, innovation management, or a comparable degree
• Long-term working experience in project Management in development and/or industrialisation projects
• Experience in series production and supply chain knowledge of electromechanical devices is an advantage
• Experience in development of electromechanical devices incl. software is an advantage
• Strong knowledge in Microsott Office, SAP, Confluence and Jira
• Fluent englisch and german language skills
