• Supporting the operation and further development of our newly installed screening laboratory and active involvement in the Biocore platform
  
• Applying biophysical methods (biophysics) to analyze, characterize, and optimize small molecules (small molecule engineering) and their ligand interactions
  
• Conducting experiments, measurement series, and troubleshooting on the machine in close collaboration with the research team
  
• Documenting, evaluating, and presenting results in a scientific and technical context
  
• Ensuring quality standards, smooth laboratory processes, and continuous improvement of methodology

• Robust professional experience with biophysical methods (e.g. SPR, MST, ITC, or comparable methods, preferably with Biocore systems)
• In-depth knowledge of working with small molecules and practical experience in small molecule engineering and the analysis of ligand binding
• Experience working in modern screening or research laboratories and routine technical troubleshooting of laboratory equipment
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working with high quality standards
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills in interdisciplinary project
• Fluent in English
