• Provide strategic project management and operational support for Medical Affairs initiatives, including KOL engagements, congress activities, and digital transformation efforts.

• Project management expertise across KOL engagements, congress planning, and internal repository improvements
• Proficiency in digital platforms such as Veeva Insights, congress tools, and DRCStrong written and verbal communication for stakeholder engagement and reporting
• Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholder engagement and reporting
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Skilled in cross-functional coordination with internal teams and external partners

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business administration, or related field
• Solid experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries
• Familiarity with Medical Affairs operations and project management practices
• Understanding of compliance standards in medical sponsorships and documentation
• Experience in developing dashboards and performance metrics for strategic evaluation
