• Manage and oversee operational distribution and logistics activities, including coordination with internal teams and external logistics providers
• Monitor inventory levels and anticipate supply chain risks, implementing corrective actions when needed
• Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives across distribution and logistics processes
• Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency and service improvements
• Provide training and guidance on logistics processes and tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues and support business objectives

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• 3–5 years of logistics experience, including at least 2 years in a biotech/pharmaceutical or regulated international environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting and work effectively across functions
• Project management experience and strong teamwork skills
• Knowledge of supply chain tools such as Oracle, SAP, PowerBI, Hyperion, or TrackWise
• Lean Six Sigma/Green Belt certification is an advantage
