• Project Coordination of multiple SAP-related projects
• Collaborate with individual project managers across initiatives
• Communicate proactively with project teams to support smooth execution
• Monitor timelines, identify blockers, and ensure milestones are met
• Conduct regular status reviews and report to stakeholders
• Identify and manage project risks with mitigation strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
• Manage procurement processes via Ariba (purchase requests, orders, invoices)
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
• Track goods receipts and ensure timely invoice processing

• Experience in project coordination or PMO roles, ideally in SAP or at least complex IT environments
• Solid understanding of SAP systems and how they function (e.g. SAP SD / MM)
• Strong communication skills in international teams
• Familiarity with project management tools and reporting
• Experience with Ariba or similar procurement platforms
• Structured and solution-oriented working style
• Fluent English (spoken and written)

Gehaltsinformationen

• Maximum 60,00€ per hour, depending on experience
