Your prospective job:

You are acting as a Program Configuration Manager (m/f/d) in the field of Widebody (A350 & A330) for our client Airbus Operations in Hamburg-Finkenwerder.

Your responsibilities:

• Consolidate decision elements for the change gates respecting transfunctional and transnational needs
• Act as Product Change Leader and Configuration Management Operational Manager as well as Configuration Management Industrial Integrator within the ICC-ACP (Aircraft Change Process)
• Ensure embodiment of changes
• Good understanding of aspects that determine industrial feasibility and planning, especially Final Assembly Line requirement considerations
• Independent organization and chairmanship of meetings
• Ensure that Engineering MOD (Modification) closure is running according to the Program schedule
• Decide on the modification scheduling cluster at Decision Board, monitor and update the cluster according to actuals until MOD closure
• Understanding about the Airbus attestation process in their tools from Configuration Management point of view
• Perform gap analysis (Delta1)

Your profile:

• Completed degree in electrical engineering, aircraft construction, engineering, or comparable
• First experiences in manufacturing/production, interface management, and customer service
• Working experiences in aircraft construction and interface management
• Good knowledge of change, project, and risk management
• Fluent German and Englisch, both spoken and written
• French is a plus
• Willingness to travel, once or twice per quarter within Europe (mainly Toulouse)
