• Collaborate within an agile team environment focused on Core Banking transformation
• Support the integration of a new Core Banking platform into the existing IT infrastructure
• Investigate and document current system interfaces, including data flows, timing, and embedded business logic
• Work closely with business analysts to define and align integration strategies
• Draft functional specifications for future system integrations, in coordination with solution architects and lead developers
• Design and document test scenarios for integration validation
• Execute integration tests post-development and report any issues found
• Depending on capacity and expertise, contribute to additional requirements engineering tasks within the Core Banking System initiative

• Experience in requirements engineering or a similar role within the financial industry
• Familiarity with system integration methodologies and tools
• Proficient in using collaboration and project tracking tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Zephyr
• Strong analytical thinking and conceptual problem-solving abilities
• Self-driven, organized, and focused on delivering results
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Fluent in English (German is a plus but not required)
• Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks is an advantage
• Previous experience with Core Banking Systems is an advantage
