As an Inside Sales Representative in the Pre Sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients in a defined segment and expanding the DKV portfolio. You have the opportunity to become part of our diverse, committed, and exceptional team!

Your tasks

  • Proactively contact and communicate with leads and prospects via phone and email to generate interest in DKV Mobility products and services.
  • Conduct the first contact to prospects to identify sales opportunities and forwarding leads to field sales.
  • Give detailed information about core DKV Mobility services and products.
  • Generate and nurture leads independently - on the basis of cold and warm leads.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information and hand-over to field sales.
  • Efficiently schedule and manage appointments for field sales.
  • Manage requests and correspondence from purchased databases.
  • Use and maintain the CRM system and ensure accurate tracking and correction the data quality.

  • Experience in sales in industries such as banking, insurance, and financial services.
  • Strong communication skills and a strong sales focus.
  • Passion for sales, independence, and conscientiousness.
  • Teamwork skills, initiative, and commitment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of SAP and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Good command of English.
